Subject to any other contractual arrangements, payment is due on the 20th of the month following invoicing. Failure to do so may result in the stopping of credit facilities without notice until payment is made.

Continued non-compliance will result in the account being closed and legal action taken to recover any amounts outstanding including the cost of collection and interest at the company's current overdraft rate plus 3% on the overdue amount each month.
